Camp Ida-Haven hosts groups for multi-day retreats and ministry events. Our calendar fills 11 months in advance—often with returning groups from our Adventist churches. The information on this page is designed to help groups who are already scheduled with us prepare for their stay.
Please note: Not all accommodations are necessarily available to every group, so please communicate with us about your lodging needs as you plan your event.
Our facilities are not ADA accessible. We are a smoke-free, drug-free, alcohol-free, and pet-free campus. Pets are not permitted to visit or stay on the grounds.
Facilities are available only for group retreats of 50 people or more. We do not offer individual or family cabin rentals.
Terrell Terrace
These hotel-style guest rooms opened in 2018, featuring single King or double Queen rooms with a comfortable seating area. With high-quality mattresses & luxurious bedding, these rooms offer the highest comfort available on campus, as well as outdoor deck seating with stunning views of the grounds & gas fireplaces to enjoy on brisk evenings. Each room has a vanity with double sinks in the main living area, a shower room, and a separate toilet room. In the walk-in closet, you’ll find a mini fridge, microwave, and stocked Keurig coffee bar. All linens are provided, and cleaning fees are included in the nightly rate. These rooms are not ADA accessible.
Cabin Circle
The Cabin Circle has eight cabins for lodging and one Cookhouse. There are six bunk beds in each cabin, including ten twin beds and two double beds. In cool weather, there are heaters to keep each cabin toasty warm. Each cabin has two bathrooms with a toilet, shower, and sink, all freshly remodeled in 2023! All cabins except Cabin 8 and Cabin 9 have two to five stairs at the entrance. Towels and bedding are not provided, and guests are responsible for cleaning before checking out.
The Cookhouse (Cabin 5) includes a full kitchen and ample space for gathering. This is a perfect space for groups who would like to cook their own meals, or have game night with cookies and hot cocoa after a day in the snow. Tables and chairs are included. Use of the cookhouse is a flat $30 fee per retreat. Guests are responsible for cleaning before checking out.
Guest House
Our Guest House is located adjacent to the Main Lodge/Cafeteria. The Guest House provides rustic, self-contained accommodations with a living area and full kitchen with washer and dryer. The bedroom and bathroom with shower are located upstairs. The bedroom is loft-style, with one double bed and one twin bed. This facility includes bedding and towels. Guests are responsible for cleaning before checking-out.
Main Lodge
The Main Lodge rooms are situated above the cafeteria and boast a mix of campus-view and lake-view rooms. Each room has two bunk beds with high-quality mattresses, including three twin beds and one double bed for a maximum capacity of five people. All rooms are carpeted and furnished with a full-size closet and open cupboard shelving for storage. Bathrooms are dormitory style: shared by all rooms on the hall. Each bathroom contains three stalls, two showers, and three sinks. A comfortably furnished seating area is located adjacent to the rooms. Linens (towels & bedding) are not provided, and guests are responsible for cleaning before checking out.
RV Sites
Our nine RV sites feature full hookups in a quiet, wooded setting.
Gatekeeper Cottage
Our Gatekeeper Cottage is a park-model trailer, complete with a full kitchen, eating and living area, full bathroom, washer and dryer, Queen bedroom and a loft area with two twin beds. This facility includes bedding and towels. Guests are responsible for cleaning before checking-out.
Tiny House
The Tiny House is a converted shipping container. This space is ideal for a single person or couple that appreciates a cozy space. With a double bed and full bathroom, this space provides everything you need for a comfortable rest at night. A single covered parking space is conveniently located outside. This facility includes bedding and towels. Guests are responsible for cleaning before checking-out.
